Host your next event at Kivi Park!
Request your next school excursion, birthday party, group gathering, fundraiser, or general event to take place at Kivi Park or Crowley Lake.
Please note: Submitting a Kivi Park Booking Request does not guarantee the booking. Your form will be reviewed and replied to within 1-4 weeks.
Booking Requirements.
- Booking Request Submissions: Fill out the Bookings Request with complete information. A request is not a guarantee.
- Request Timelines: Submit the request early. Depending on the type of event, we need 4-8 weeks' notice to review your request, coordinate event schedules and finalize all required booking details for approval.
- Park Passes Required: A valid Kivi Park Pass is required for all visitors (free admission to children 6 and under). Your Kivi Park representative will select the appropriate pass and waiver for your event. Approved bookings will be offered discounted passes.
- Before You Book: Please note, if you are NOT a charity or not for profit organization, event organizers are required to be a Kivi Partner (either through sponsorship or corporate membership).
