Request your next school excursion, birthday party, group gathering, fundraiser, or general event to take place at Kivi Park or Crowley Lake.
Please note: Submitting a Kivi Park Booking Request does not guarantee the booking. Your form will be reviewed and replied to within 1-4 weeks.
Booking Requirements.
- Booking Request Submissions: Fill out the Bookings Request with complete information. A request is not a guarantee.
- Request Timelines: Please submit your request as soon as you can. Our event calendar tends to fill up quickly, so we recommend booking a minimum of 2-3 months in advance.
- Before You Book: Kindly be advised that if your organization is not a charity or not-for-profit, event organizers must be affiliated with Kivi Partner either through sponsorship or corporate membership. For non-corporate events, the organizer must hold an annual pass.
